Here are the best types of Monsteras you can grow!

Types of Variegated Monstera Varieties

1. Monstera deliciosa ‘Thai Constellation’

Monstera deliciosa ‘Thai Constellation’ resembles its name with splotchy galaxy-like variegated patterns in the shades of creamy white on dark green foliage.

2. Monstera deliciosa ‘Albo Borsigiana’

A houseplant that resembles ‘Thai Constellation’ closely yet differs for its pure white variegation on the dark green shade. Take good care of it to make it thrive.

3. Monstera deliciosa ‘Aurea’

A less commonly-found cultivar of variegated monstera is characterized by lime variegation on dark green foliage. It needs more light than the other varieties.

4. Monstera deliciosa ‘Variegata’

A fast-growing Monstera, the plant stands out with its bold splashes of white-cream color on the dark foliage. Keep it by the east-facing window for the best hues!

5. Monstera adansonii ‘Albo Variegata’

With a colorful twist, this stunning plant will surely add a lot of drama and appeal indoors! It grows fast, and the glossy foliage has two-tone of green and cream.

It is also popular for one of the most expensive Monsteras out there. The plant looks beautiful with its bold variegation of white and green with cream speckles.

Quite a hard plant to get, but it makes the quest really worth it, thanks to its stunning speckles of cream and white on the leaves. Do save it from the harsh sun exposure.

  • I think 9 of your 11 Types are the same plant. There is no such thing ad a full moon monstera .. and half moon is just a pattern not a separate plant. M “Albo” and M ” Veragata” are the same thing. The picture of the M. Obliqua veragata is of an Adanosii. And you didn’t put a green on green or an oceana or M Peru Veragata. You should do a little research and fix this. Some one actually sited your page for a paper I am grading and I don’t k own if I should fail them for not knowing how to verify credible websites.

  • Yes. The Monstera Deliciosa ‘Albo Variegata’, the Monstera Deliciosa ‘Variegata’, the Monstera var. Borsigiana ‘Albo Variegata’, the Monstera Deliciosa Variegata ‘Half Moon’ and the Monstera Deliciosa Variegata ‘Full Moon’ are all the same plant (Monstera Albo Borsigiana). They are just the same plant with different levels of variegation. Also, I can verify that the ‘Obliqua Variegata’ is just an Adansonii Albo with more Varegation.

  • That ‘Sport’ variegation is just a ‘White Monster’ and sports are usually a lime colour.

  • You forgot Monstera Aurea large form, M. Thai Constellation tricolour, M. Peru Variegata, M. Adansonii Aurea, M. Adansonii Mint, M. Adansonii Archipelago, M. Laniata Mint, M. Laniata Albo, Monstera Standleyana Aurea and Monstera Standleyana Albo.
